Qualifications
- 5+ years in consulting, solutions architecture, or related technical roles.
- Experience advising on DevSecOps and cloud transformation.
- Understanding of modern software delivery practices.
- Experience designing scalable DevSecOps solutions.
- Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages.
- Experience with CI/CD platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering workflows.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers on software delivery and AI adoption strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering leaders to align technology initiatives with business outcomes.
- Assess software delivery capabilities and develop transformation roadmaps.
- Design and recommend DevSecOps and AI-enabled delivery architectures.
- Lead discovery workshops and strategic advisory engagements.
- Build proofs of concept and pilot programs.
- Guide customers in adopting AI-assisted development and intelligent automation.
- Influence customer adoption plans for long-term value.
- Serve as the voice of the customer within CloudBees.
- Communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
