Streamlead Kubernetes Container Plattform
Job summary
Ensure project goal achievement for the responsible stream, considering the overall project and coordinating with adjacent streams and project management. Analyze current status, develop a target vision, and define a sustainable migration strategy for Kubernetes and platform environments. Plan, control, and monitor all implementation activities, including progress measurement and reporting. Migrate existing Kubernetes workloads and support platform adjustments, such as multi-site capability. Optimize cluster architectures, deployments, and operational processes, considering security, monitoring, and backup requirements. Make technical architecture, design, and technology decisions in collaboration with platform, infrastructure, and DevOps teams. Coordinate internal teams and external service providers, and manage risks, dependencies, and escalations. Ensure a stable cutover or uninterrupted switchover without failures. Provide active hands-on support in critical project phases to ensure successful implementation.

Qualifications
- Completed degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification with professional experience.
- Several years of experience as a Technical Lead or Stream Lead in complex enterprise IT migration projects.
- Proven project success in data center migrations at platform and application level.
- Very good technical understanding of Linux and Kubernetes platforms.
- Solid general IT knowledge in virtualization, networking, security, and platform operations.
- Strong hands-on mentality and pragmatic solution orientation.
- Very good German language skills (min. C1) and good English language skills (min. B2).
