• Demonstrated project success in enterprise data center migrations at platform and application level
• Strong technical understanding of Linux and Kubernetes
• Good general IT knowledge regarding virtualization, networking, and security
• Hands-on mentality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Structured, goal-oriented work style
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written

Responsibilities

• Ensure achievement of stream goals considering overall project
• Analyze current state, develop target vision and migration strategy
• Plan, monitor, and control implementation activities
• Coordinate internal teams and external service providers
• Make architecture, design, and technology decisions
• Identify and manage risks and dependencies
• Ensure stable transition without outages
• Coordinate closely with adjacent streams and project management
• Provide hands-on support in critical project phases
• Supply information for project communication and progress reports
• Migrate existing Kubernetes workloads
• Support platform adjustments
• Optimize cluster architecture, deployment, and operations
• Collaborate with platform and DevOps teams
• Consider security, monitoring, and backup aspects
• Possess strong technical understanding of Linux and Kubernetes
