Job summary
The Software Infrastructure Engineer develops and integrates operating-system and network infrastructure for a family of defense radar systems, supporting applications and cybersecurity requirements throughout the infrastructure lifecycle. The role includes configuring RHEL and Windows systems, installing network equipment, improving DevSecOps pipelines and test automation, and integrating and testing real-time embedded and application software on Linux. Work also includes debugging software baselines and supporting system installation and field operations.

Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, typically with a STEM degree.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Perl, Python, or Bash.
- Experience with Linux operating systems.
- Experience with ClearCase, Git, or another configuration management tool.
- Active U.S. government Secret clearance required on the first day.
- U.S. citizenship required.
Responsibilities
- Configure and install RHEL operating systems.
- Configure and install network switches and other network devices.
- Support and improve DevSecOps pipelines through integration and test automation.
- Respond to pipeline emergencies.
- Debug and resolve stability issues across software baselines.
- Integrate and test real-time embedded software, application software, and tools on Linux.
- Maintain and enhance tooling infrastructure.
- Support system installation and field operations.
