Job summary

The System Administrator 3 position involves supporting the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems, focusing on managing IT system infrastructure and providing Tier 3 problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) years of experience as a SA in similar programs and contracts
• Five (5) years of additional SA experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems
• Manage IT system infrastructure
• Oversee day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices
• Provide Tier 3 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution
• Facilitate escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers
• Assist with dispatch system and hardware problem resolution
