Qualifications
- At least 5 years of work experience with various operating systems
- Knowledge of VPN technology
- Relevant IT knowledge, possibly supported by a relevant IT degree and certifications
- Experience with data centers and virtualization technologies like VMware and Proxmox
- Experience with AWS and Kubernetes is a plus
- Knowledge of technical system hardening, network security, and data protection protocols
- Hands-on mindset
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
Responsibilities
- Performance of IT systems and equipment
- Network security, intrusion detection, monitoring, and auditing
- Management of virtual environments based on VMware and Proxmox
- Management of high-security (virtual) servers based on Linux and Windows
- Second-level user support for Linux, macOS, and Windows systems
- Design and management of office automation and IT systems, including secure communication, backups, and disaster recovery
- High-security mandatory access controls
- Advising management on IT environment development
