System Administrator / DevOps Engineer

Job summary

This role focuses on the operation, evolution, and automation of IT infrastructures, emphasizing the implementation of reliable and secure environments. Key responsibilities include automating deployment and configuration, monitoring service availability and security, and providing support for Linux environments, utilizing technologies such as Ansible, Kubernetes, and Docker.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Linux system administration and support, with a good general understanding of IT environments.
• Knowledge of Windows and macOS administration is a plus.
• Experience with DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code, and automation, particularly with Ansible and Git.
• Good knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies.
• Experience in automated deployment and management of workstations.
• Interest in standardization and continuous improvement, as well as documentation writing.
• Ability or interest in mentoring and knowledge transfer, especially to apprentices.
• Team spirit, service orientation, and ease in interactions with diverse users.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the operation and evolution of virtualization, containerization, and orchestration infrastructures.
• Automate deployment and configuration of infrastructures and systems.
• Ensure monitoring, availability, and security of services.
• Assist users and internal teams in resolving technical issues.
• Administer and support Linux environments, servers, and workstations.
• Mentor and support IT apprentices, taking on a supervisory role.
• Document, standardize, and continuously improve procedures and configurations.
