• Experience maintaining infrastructure reliability through automation and monitoring.
• Experience with version control systems and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, scalable, and compliant infrastructure solutions.
• Design, support, and maintain Cross Domain Solutions (CDS).
• Perform installation, configuration, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning of hardware and software.
• Manage and support Linux-based ICT infrastructure, including servers and network devices.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, capacity, and security posture.
• Apply operating system, firmware, application, and security patches.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure automation solutions using Ansible.
• Create and maintain standardised system builds and configuration management practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and system issues.
• Provide technical advice regarding platform improvements.
• Contribute to infrastructure lifecycle management and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with engineers and security specialists to deliver technical outcomes.
