• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Solid knowledge in system administration, especially with VMware, ESXi, and Kubernetes
• Experience with SQL databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, and PL/SQL
• Knowledge in Shell Scripting, Bash, and programming languages like Python or JavaScript is desirable
• Experience with VPN technologies and agile working methods (e.g., Scrum or Kanban)
• Knowledge in Jenkins and the SDLC process is advantageous
• Good English skills in spoken and written form

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor server environments, especially VMware and ESXi
• Configure and maintain networks, including VPN access
• Implement and maintain automation processes using Shell Scripting, Bash, T-SQL, PL/SQL, Python, or PowerShell
• Manage and develop databases, especially Microsoft SQL Server
• Utilize modern container orchestration with Kubernetes and Jenkins for CI/CD processes
• Ensure system availability through regular updates, backups, and monitoring
• Support the implementation of agile working methods in IT
• Contribute to infrastructure development considering the SDLC
• Analyze and resolve system failures or performance issues
• Document system architectures and processes
