System Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Job summary

Provides day-to-day production support for business-critical applications and services, ensuring high availability, stability, and performance through proactive monitoring and timely incident resolution. The role includes root cause analysis, remediation reporting for high-priority incidents, and technical support for initiatives and implementations across AWS and Azure environments. The technology stack includes Windows, Linux, Oracle, SQL, GitHub, CI/CD, IIS, WebSphere, and Tomcat, with Java, React, and Kubernetes preferred.

Qualifications

• Around five or more years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, Windows, and Linux.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, SQL, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of IIS, WebSphere, and Tomcat.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities
