Job summary
Seeking a System Support Engineer to support, monitor, and develop Linux and Kubernetes environments, collaborate with development teams, improve security and monitoring solutions, and provide 2nd level support.

Qualifications
- degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable IT training
- 3 years of professional IT experience focusing on container services administration
- experience with Kubernetes, GitOps and cloud-native technologies
- Linux systems administration experience (preferably RedHat, Katello, Foreman, Puppet, Ansible)
- excellent written and spoken English skills
- German language skills at B1-level or better
Responsibilities
- support, monitor and develop Linux, Kubernetes and container environments
- collaborate with development teams to deploy and operate software solutions
- improve solutions in security, monitoring and backups
- work on projects with the infrastructure team
- provide 2nd level support for troubleshooting and service requests
