Job summary

The Systems Administrator 4 role focuses on maintaining and enhancing applications, services, and microservices to support intelligence analysis and collection management. Key responsibilities include leading Operations & Maintenance activities, managing UNIX and Windows systems, and supporting RMF and SSP activities, with an emphasis on security and compliance within a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). Experience in a DevOps environment and familiarity with CI/CD practices, particularly GitLab, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
• Experience supporting systems under DoD/DIA Risk Management Framework (RMF)
• Expert working knowledge of system administration interdependencies within a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
• Understanding of Linux (CentOS) environments
• Understanding of Oracle environments

Responsibilities

• Perform systems administration of desktop and server systems connected to local and wide area networks
• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems
• Lead day-to-day Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities
• Support backups and recovery activities
• Perform account monitoring and access administration
• Provide ticket-based Tier 1/Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution
• Support RMF and SSP activities, including STIG implementation, POA&M management, ATO support
