Responsibilities

• Support and expand FDOT infrastructure
• Coordinate server configuration and administration
• Make recommendations for server and software upgrades
• Monitor systems for security, availability, and performance
• Evaluate network performance issues and establish systems
• Maintain network and systems performance
• Build and manage relationships in a matrixed environment
• Refactor solutions for better performance and efficiency
• Create and manage Azure DevOps projects and pipelines
• Oversee Azure DevOps organizational settings
• Assist with building and hosting complex application solutions
• Manage AWS, Microsoft Azure, and other cloud services
• Support IT staff, including developers
• Perform other duties as assigned
