Job summary
Supports and maintains large-scale IT infrastructure services that enable city staff to deliver services, spanning systems such as databases, web and email platforms, servers, storage, networks, identity management, and cloud and container platforms. The role analyzes, implements, tests, documents, and resolves infrastructure issues while contributing to capacity planning, performance optimization, incident response, vulnerability remediation, and backup and disaster recovery procedures using technologies including Windows Server, Ubuntu Linux, Microsoft Azure, Veeam Data Platform, VMware, and IBM FlashSystem.
