Job summary

The Systems Administrator role supports the Military OneSource program, requiring strong technical skills and direct interaction with government stakeholders. Key responsibilities include administering enterprise platforms like Salesforce and AWS, developing automation scripts, troubleshooting system issues, and managing data activities such as imports and reporting.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Salesforce (admin/configuration), AWS (cloud services/infrastructure), Tableau (reporting/dashboards), Scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise applications and integrated systems
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to maintain required clearance

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise platforms and applications
• Develop and maintain scripts and automation to improve system performance and efficiency
• Support data management activities including imports, exports, validation, and reporting
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues across applications, integrations, and infrastructure
• Configure workflows, dashboards, and reports to support operational and business needs
• Work directly with government stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Monitor system health, perform updates, and support upgrades and enhancements
• Participate in system integration efforts across APIs, cloud services, and enterprise tools
