Job summary
Rebel.com is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage day-to-day IT operations, including user access, server administration, and cloud infrastructure support.

Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Linux
- Knowledge of AWS services
- Experience with hosting platforms like Plesk and WordPress
- Comfort with IT operations and user access
- Familiarity with security fundamentals
- Exposure to monitoring tools and scripting
- Comfort in on-call support environments
Responsibilities
- Manage user access and endpoints
- Maintain internal documentation and processes
- Support onboarding and device lifecycle management
- Administer Windows and Linux servers
- Monitor system health and apply patches
- Contribute to disaster recovery planning
- Support AWS environments
- Assist with infrastructure changes and capacity planning
- Document cloud configurations
- Manage hosting environments including Plesk and WordPress
- Troubleshoot hosting issues
- Assist with migrations and platform improvements
- Apply security patches and support access control
- Participate in incident response
- Maintain audit logs and compliance hygiene
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Respond to alerts and critical incidents
- Collaborate during major incidents
