Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a Systems Administrator or Engineer.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Windows Server.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with enterprise networking equipment.
• Strong understanding of storage technologies and disaster recovery.
• Experience troubleshooting complex server and infrastructure issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related services.
• Administer and maintain Hyper-V virtualization infrastructure.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft SQL Server.
• Manage enterprise storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and capacity.
• Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot server, storage, networking, virtualization, and OS issues.
• Plan and implement infrastructure upgrades and improvements.
• Apply OS updates, firmware updates, and security patches.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and network diagrams.
• Support office infrastructure and assist with IT projects.
• Collaborate with engineering, development, and security teams.
• Learn ThreatLocker products.
• Be available for on-call and after-hour support.
