Responsibilities
- Analyze user requirements and develop system requirements specifications
- Lead design and development activities
- Guide users in formulating requirements and conduct feasibility studies
- Provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology
- Incorporate new plans and systems into ongoing operations
- Develop technical documentation and system design documentation
- Guide system development and implementation planning
- Interact with the Government regarding technical considerations
- Ensure technical integrity of work performed and deliverables
- Communicate with program personnel and senior executives
Degrees
Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems,
