- Fourteen years of systems engineering experience on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in a listed or related discipline from an accredited college or university, or five additional years of systems engineering experience in lieu of the degree
- Current U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI clearance with a favorable polygraph
- U.S. citizenship
