Job summary

Northrim Bank is seeking a Systems Network & Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, secure, and optimize their technology infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent experience may substitute for education requirements.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure.
• 2+ years of leadership or technical team leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect and support hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Lead infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Develop technology standards and best practices.
• Engineer and support enterprise network environments.
• Manage and maintain Fortinet and Cisco platforms.
• Administer enterprise storage, backup, and recovery solutions.
• Support virtualization platforms and server infrastructure.
• Drive vulnerability management and security initiatives.
• Ensure systems remain current through patch management.
• Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities.
• Support compliance and security requirements.
• Monitor infrastructure health and performance.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN architecture.
• Create and maintain infrastructure documentation.
• Support service delivery standards and resolve technical issues.
