Job summary

The Team Coach / Scrum Master role is centered on facilitating the adoption of agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and SAFe, within IT development teams. Responsibilities include providing expert guidance, conducting agile reviews, and organizing Scrum and SAFe events, while utilizing CI/CD and DevOps practices to enhance team performance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Scrum Master or Team Coach in IT development teams using Scrum
• Experience in stabilizing or developing agile teams after growth or organizational changes
• Experience in establishing Scrum processes and agile governance mechanisms
• Experience in software development teams with end-to-end responsibility from requirements analysis to deployment, including CI/CD and DevOps processes
• Experience in supporting development teams with AI, data, or innovation-related product developments
• Experience collaborating with other Scrum Masters or Agile Coaches for the development of larger units
• Experience in implementing transparency, accountability, and governance mechanisms in agile teams
