Responsibilities

• Set direction, run hiring, grow engineers, and ensure team delivery and health
• Translate business and engineering strategy into a multi-quarter infrastructure plan
• Own SLOs, incident response, on-call sustainability, and post-incident process
• Drive consolidation of on-prem footprint and buildout of new sites
• Own infrastructure budget, capacity planning, and hardware lifecycle
• Partner with product, engineering, security, and IT
