Job summary

Lead the team responsible for building and operating the VisionGuard platform, a cloud-native AI solution for intelligent video analysis. Oversee technical decisions, mentor team members, and ensure platform stability and security while driving market growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience leading engineering or infrastructure teams
• Ability to develop and motivate teams
• Experience in application containerization with Docker
• Proficient in building and operating Kubernetes clusters
• Experience defining infrastructure as code with Terraform and Helm
• Proficient in Go or willingness to learn quickly
• Solid knowledge of shell scripting (Bash)
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle
• Experience with major cloud providers
• Experience analyzing and resolving network issues

Responsibilities

• Lead the platform team
• Manage recruiting and onboarding
• Set technical standards and architecture direction
• Interface between team, management, and clients
• Build and operate cloud-native infrastructure
• Manage Kubernetes clusters using GitOps principles
• Define infrastructure as code with Terraform and Helm
• Develop infrastructure tools and Kubernetes operators in Go
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Deploy new locations quickly and reliably
• Analyze and resolve network issues
