Job summary

As Team Lead for Site Reliability Engineering at FACT-Finder, you will oversee the reliability, scalability, and cost of hosting environments while leading a team through the modernization of infrastructure towards Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• strong background in infrastructure or platform engineering
• hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production
• proven people leadership experience
• excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• practical experience with Harvester or comparable platforms
• experience leading migration to k8s-based platform
• comfort designing or operating Kubernetes operators
• solid grasp of auto-scaling primitives
• experience with on-prem hybrid architectures
• hands-on fluency with AI tools
• fluent in English; German is a plus

Responsibilities

• own operational health of hosting across on-premise and cloud
• drive modernization toward Kubernetes on Harvester
• build production-grade k8s platform
• shape NG Search Operator
• define on-prem hybrid model
• own capacity planning and hosting cost
• lead and develop Hosting team
• integrate AI into operations
