Job summary

The Tech Lead Platform Engineering OpenShift (Kubernetes) role is essential for enhancing the reliability and evolution of the PaaS platform. Qualifications

• Significant experience of 5 years or more in DevOps, Cloud Native, or Platform Engineering environments
• Experience as a technical reference or Tech Lead
• Proficiency in Kubernetes/OpenShift environments and Cloud Native architecture principles
• Strong experience in industrialization and automation practices

Responsibilities

• Define technical orientations and architecture choices for Kubernetes/OpenShift platform
• Design, develop, and evolve platform components (internal tools, deployment, CI/CD, industrialization, and automation)
• Ensure quality, performance, security, and resilience of deployed solutions
• Assist teams in resolving complex technical issues and provide expertise on major incidents
• Facilitate engineering practices within the team: code reviews, knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and dissemination of best practices
• Contribute to the skill development of team members and promote collaboration with Product Owners and other technical teams
• Conduct active technological monitoring to identify relevant innovations in Cloud Native, Kubernetes, and DevOps environments
