Job summary

Leads the adoption of AI for software engineering and helps evolve DevOps solutions to improve delivery quality, flow, and speed. The role defines AI and DevOps roadmaps, implements use cases such as code generation, testing, documentation, and pipeline automation, and guides teams through training and adoption. It also measures impact, supports production platforms, and works with CI/CD technologies including GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.

• At least five years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or architecture.
• Practical experience driving AI adoption among IT teams.
• Strong knowledge of coding assistants, language models, prompt engineering, skills, and agents.
• Strong software engineering foundations across design, development, testing, security, documentation, and lifecycle management.
• Expertise in DevOps and CI/CD, including GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.
• Understanding of AI security, privacy, intellectual property, traceability, and responsible use.
• Experience with agile methods, change management, and value measurement.
• Experience managing critical infrastructure and platforms in production.
• Strong communication, training, facilitation, and leadership skills.
• Fluent spoken and written French and English.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the vision, architecture, and roadmap for DevOps solutions.
• Define the vision, architecture, and roadmap for AI solutions for software engineering.
• Select and implement AI tools to accelerate software delivery.
• Develop AI use cases for development assistance, code generation and review, testing, documentation, incident analysis, and pipeline automation.
• Guide IT project teams in adopting AI in their daily work.
• Deliver training, workshops, demonstrations, coaching, and communities of practice.
• Develop reusable learning paths, guides, standards, prompt templates, skills, harnesses, and agents.
• Oversee AI experiments and scale-up while addressing security, privacy, compliance, quality, and cost.
• Define and track adoption and delivery impact metrics.
• Maintain and review technical and architecture documents, including HLD and LLD.
• Provide level 3 support and help ensure production operability.
• Monitor AI and automation practices, solutions, and regulatory developments.
