Job summary

The DevOps Engineer supports production and operations for Distribution Client and WFI platforms, while helping shape technical direction and improve team practices. The role automates deployment, testing, and monitoring; builds CI/CD pipelines through production; and designs infrastructure as code solutions. It also strengthens system security, scalability, resilience, and observability, and provides technical expertise and support to production engineers.

Qualifications

• Higher education in computer science.
• At least Bac +2 / L2 education level.
• Three to five years of experience.
• Knowledge of containerization platforms.
• Knowledge of client information systems.
• Experience with infrastructure and application monitoring.
• Knowledge of automation platforms and CI/CD tools.
• Ability to write procedures.
• Knowledge of API management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between the department, cluster, and business entities.
• Develop and maintain scripts and tools to automate deployment, testing, and monitoring.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and implement them through production.
• Operate production platforms and handle associated run activities, including level-three incidents when required.
• Improve system security, scalability, and resilience.
• Provide technical expertise and support to production engineers.
• Contribute to agile ceremonies, including daily meetings and sprint planning.
• Optimize application operations, including capacity planning, observability, sustainability, and cost.
• Design infrastructure as code solutions for deploying and managing environments.
• Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting mechanisms to ensure service availability.
• Work with development teams to support continuous integration.
