Job summary

As a Tech Lead Manager, you will provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Site Reliability Engineers, driving architectural decisions and developing strategic roadmaps for system reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in designing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems
• Experience leading a small to mid-size team with hands-on technical contributions
• Strong knowledge of Docker containers and Kubernetes systems
• Proven track record of implementing SRE best practices
• Experience mentoring engineers and guiding projects
• Expertise in algorithms, data structures, and systems design
• Understanding of Linux internals and networking fundamentals
• Experience developing automation tools and developer-friendly APIs
• Experience with service level objectives (SLOs) and error budgets
• Experience running high-availability web services at scale
• Ability to lead and collaborate with globally distributed teams
• Strategic vision for balancing operational needs with reliability objectives
• Success in designing observability solutions for distributed systems

Responsibilities
