Qualifications

• Experience in backend service development with Java and Spring Boot including REST API design and architecture patterns
• Experience in designing and implementing distributed system architectures with event-based patterns and process orchestration in cloud environments
• Experience in implementing security measures in enterprise environments including authentication and authorization
• Experience in leading a development team as a Tech Lead or technical coach including code reviews and mentoring
• Experience in defining and implementing testing strategies and identifying critical test scenarios
• Experience in conducting technical requirement analyses and collaborating with Product Owners
• Experience with Kubernetes including deployment and troubleshooting in containerized environments
• Experience with AWS services in application development and operations including Infrastructure-as-Code approaches
• Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in GitLab CI
• Experience in systematic error analysis in production systems including log analysis and incident handling
