Job summary

As a Tech Recruiter at BWI GmbH, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruiting for Cloud, DevOps, and platform profiles, ensuring a positive candidate experience and collaborating closely with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Degree or vocational training with relevant qualifications
• At least 2 years of in-house recruiting experience
• Knowledge of technologies like Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, or CI/CD
• Understanding of legal frameworks and HR processes in large companies
• Strong knowledge of the IT job market
• Experience with modern sourcing and selection methods
• Proficient in MS Office and HR/recruiting software
• Empathetic and assertive personality
• Independent and meticulous work style
• High stress resistance and strong teamwork skills
• Fluent communication skills in German

Responsibilities
