Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale Production Support teams.
• Expertise in Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
• Experience managing critical production environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL-based service management practices.
• Experience conducting RCA and implementing fixes.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services.
• Experience managing cloud-native application environments.
• Knowledge of platform resiliency and disaster recovery practices.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Docker.
• Experience supporting Kafka messaging platforms.
• Experience with MongoDB Atlas and relational databases.
• Experience with CI/CD tools.
• Experience driving deployment automation and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in scripting using Shell, Python, or PowerShell.
• Experience implementing monitoring solutions.
• Ability to create operational dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Experience leading distributed global support teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage executive-level communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 Production Support for applications.
• Monitor application health and system performance.
• Perform incident troubleshooting and resolution.
• Lead major incident management activities.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Manage AWS-hosted application environments.
• Support Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, and ECS operations.
• Drive automation initiatives to improve service reliability.
• Ensure compliance with SLA and security requirements.
• Coordinate with teams for issue resolution.
• Lead release implementation and production readiness activities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring.
• Participate in change and capacity management processes.
• Support continuous service improvement initiatives.
