Job summary
The Technical Product Manager (DevOps) at the Ban*** will oversee the roadmap, epics, backlog, and demand management processes for the engineering platforms and services that support software delivery across RTGS Technology.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Product Manager or similar role in technology
- Experience managing roadmaps and backlogs for technical products
- Understanding of software delivery and CI/CD practices
- Experience working with engineering teams and stakeholders
- Strong planning and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into outcomes
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap, epics, and backlog for Runtime Platform & Developer Experience services
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify improvement opportunities
- Allocate engineering capacity for platform evolution and operational support
- Use feedback and service data to drive continuous improvement
- Maintain a balanced roadmap for platform reliability and automation
- Manage lifecycle activities including patching and upgrades
- Shape future platform direction with engineering leads
- Communicate priorities and risks to stakeholders
