Job summary
Own the Kubernetes platform and its services throughout their lifecycle, from vision and roadmap planning through operation and optimization. Work with the team and Product Management to prioritize the backlog and deliver continuous improvements using DevOps practices, with a focus on platform stability, security, and efficiency. The role uses CNCF technologies including ArgoCD, Prometheus, and Cilium.

Qualifications
- Experience as a Product Owner, Service Owner, or in a comparable technical role
- Experience operating and developing container-based platforms, ideally with Kubernetes
- Ability to consolidate technical and business topics and prioritize delivery
- Residence in Switzerland and willingness to perform on-call duty
- Very good German and English; additional national languages are an advantage
Responsibilities
- Own the platform across its lifecycle, from vision through operation and optimization
- Define the platform vision and roadmap with the team and Product Management
- Prioritize the product backlog and drive implementation
- Continuously improve the platform using DevOps practices
- Maintain platform stability, security, and efficiency
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, platform customers, and other Product Owners
