Job summary

Responsible for planning, managing, and achieving goals for a technical migration stream within a larger project, analyzing the IT landscape, and defining a sustainable migration strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience as Technical Lead or Stream Lead in enterprise IT migration projects
• Proven success in data center migrations at platform and application levels
• Knowledge in Linux and Kubernetes platforms, modern container and cloud technologies
• Understanding of virtualization, networking, infrastructure, and IT security
• Experience managing complex technical projects and stakeholder interactions
• Fluent in German (C1) and good English (B2)

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage technical migration stream
• Analyze IT landscape and define migration strategy
• Coordinate implementation activities with teams and service providers
• Manage architecture, design, and technology decisions
• Oversee migration of Kubernetes workloads and optimize cluster architecture
• Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams considering security and monitoring
• Ensure smooth cutovers and support in critical project phases
• Create status reports and provide project management metrics
