TELECOM & DEVOPS ENGINEER

Job summary

The Telecom & DevOps Engineer supports deployment, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecom software across signaling, voice, data, and IoT environments. The role combines Linux/Unix systems and network administration with SQL database work and Python or Bash automation, including Level 3 support. It also involves collaborating with international teams on 5G roaming, enterprise IoT, and AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of hands-on experience in operations, systems support, network engineering, or junior DevOps.
• Practical administration experience with Linux or Unix environments.
• Scripting experience in Python and/or Bash.
• Experience querying and working with relational databases using SQL.
• Interest in and familiarity with mobile networks and telecom protocols, including 4G/5G, roaming, signaling, messaging, or IoT.
• Fluent English proficiency at C1 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Test, deploy, and maintain software across production and non-production environments in signaling, voice, data, and IoT domains.
• Develop and maintain Python and Bash scripts for operational workflows, routine tasks, and automated tests.
• Configure and maintain Linux servers and relational databases.
• Investigate and resolve complex network and application issues at Level 3.
• Collaborate with international teams on 5G roaming, enterprise IoT, and AI-assisted tools.
