Qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise network engineering experience
- Deep understanding of structured cabling standards (TIA/EIA) and fiber/copper infrastructure
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing VLAN and Layer 3 routing solutions
- Proven ability to troubleshoot across physical and logical network layers
Responsibilities
- Design and implement VLAN architectures and network segmentation strategies
- Configure trunking, spanning tree, and Layer 2 switching technologies
- Implement IP addressing schemes, subnetting, and Layer 3 routing configurations
- Troubleshoot across OSI Layers 1–4
- Configure and support routing protocols, ACLs, QoS, and secure traffic flows
- Perform network performance analysis and capacity planning
