Test Automation Engineer

Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Test Automation Engineer to support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) by developing and executing testing strategies for application development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Nine (9) or more years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, and automation.
• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• Holds IAT Level II certification in one of the following: CCNA Security, CSA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed test plans, strategies, and cases for ServiceNow modules and software updates.
• Design, write, and maintain reusable automated test scripts.
• Leverage DoD Approved Multimodal AI models for customized ATF Steps.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Conduct API testing for seamless integration.
• Identify, track, and report bugs with detailed defect reports.
• Provide metrics on test coverage and product quality.
• Collaborate in sprint planning and stakeholder reviews.
• Stay updated on DoD cybersecurity mandates.
• Optimize test automation frameworks.
• Produce dashboards and performance reports.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
