Job summary
The Tools and Infrastructure Support Engineer (DevOps Platform) is tasked with the administration, maintenance, and operational support of the DevOps platform, utilizing technologies such as GitLab, Jenkins, and Docker. Key responsibilities include managing platform configurations, monitoring system performance, and automating tasks with Python and Bash, all while ensuring platform security and availability in a 24/7 operational environment.

Qualifications
- Strong Linux administration experience in production environments.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong scripting skills using Python and Bash.
- Administration experience with GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus, and Harbor.
- Experience with automated OS provisioning and package repositories.
- Strong written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day operation and lifecycle of the Linux engineering platform.
- Manage platform configurations and resolve technical problems.
- Work with technology vendors on support cases and upgrades.
- Monitor system performance and carry out proactive maintenance.
- Integrate new tools and technologies into the platform.
- Support engineers and users with technical guidance.
