Job summary

The Track Lead for Support and Operations oversees operational efficiency, client SLA performance, and continuous improvement. The role automates infrastructure deployment and streamlines operations using Terraform and Azure, including Azure IaaS/PaaS and Azure Kubernetes Service, while collaborating with clients and leading and mentoring the project team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Knowledge of Azure services, including Azure IaaS and PaaS.
• Familiarity with Azure Kubernetes for container orchestration.

• Automate infrastructure deployment and improve operational processes using Terraform and Azure.
• Improve management reporting and streamline information flow.
• Understand client requirements and help the support team meet client expectations and SLAs.
• Lead and mentor the project team, promoting transparent communication and shared goals.
• Apply Infrastructure as Code and Azure Kubernetes best practices.
