Job summary
Seeking a Tribe Lead DevSecOps Hub Basic Banking to oversee the Trusted DevOps Platform and coordinate IT services across various tribes.
Qualifications
- Completed Master's degree
- Extensive professional and leadership experience in IT services or equivalent qualification
- Experience in budget planning and management
- High IT affinity
- Fluent in German (C1 level) and good English (B2 level)
- Efficient and results-oriented work style
- Cooperative leadership style with high delegation level
- Willingness to delegate responsibility
- Curious and experimental mindset
- Experience in agile organizational structures
Responsibilities
- Manage the Trusted DevOps Platform Basic Banking
- Define Trusted Paths for Basic Banking
- Provide content for the Developer Portal for Basic Banking
- Oversee Solution Management and Architecture for the Trusted DevOps Platform
- Organize collaboration among involved tribes
- Serve as the interface to users and stakeholders
- Manage central Shared Services for release test management
- Provide and develop Mainframe test environments
- Present and communicate on topics related to the Trusted DevOps Platform
