Job summary

Define and challenge the architecture for a containerization platform, then design and build its first operational implementation. The role also industrializes deployments using Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and automation, while addressing security, observability, networking, and operations. It includes documenting technical recommendations and transferring knowledge to help internal teams operate independently.

Qualifications

• Ideally 7 to 10 years of experience, with a senior or expert profile.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and containerization.
• Solid experience with DevOps, DevSecOps, and automation.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, observability, and security.
• Hands-on experience designing and building Kubernetes platforms, beyond operating existing platforms.
• Ability to combine architecture with implementation, challenge technical choices, and deliver the proposed solution.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to mentor or train technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Guide a team in defining its containerization target.

• Design and implement an initial operational platform.
• Industrialize deployments using Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and automation.
• Address security, observability, networking, and operational requirements.

• Produce technical documentation and recommendations to support the long-term sustainability of the solution.
