Job summary
The Medior Power Platform Engineer builds secure, maintainable low-code solutions that turn business needs into reliable products and support a controlled, reusable enterprise platform. The role designs and maintains solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio; applies governance across security, data loss prevention, environment management, and application lifecycle management; and resolves incidents while contributing to an agile team’s engineering practices.

Qualifications
- Hands-on experience developing with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio
- Understanding of Power Platform governance, security, environment management, data loss prevention, and application lifecycle management
- Structured, quality-driven approach that balances speed, usability, maintainability, and control
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborative approach in an agile Scrum team
- Azure DevOps backlog management experience is preferred
- Experience with connectors or Power Platform Admin Center is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio
- Translate business needs into sustainable technical designs
- Apply governance standards for security, data loss prevention, environment strategy, access management, and application lifecycle management
- Build new functionality and resolve incidents
- Review solutions, share knowledge, and encourage reusable components and engineering best practices
