Job summary

Die Rolle entwickelt eine AI-Plattform und deren Architektur weiter und bringt GenAI- und Agentic-AI-Lösungen vom Prototyp in den stabilen Produktivbetrieb. Dazu gehören Standards für Versionierung, automatisierte Tests, Deployment und Betrieb, Qualitätssicherung durch Monitoring, Evaluation und Quality Gates sowie die Anbindung von Systemen und Datenquellen über APIs und MCP. Zudem werden gemeinsam mit IT, Security und Fachbereichen Vorgaben zu Identitätsmanagement, Berechtigungen und AI-Governance umgesetzt.

Qualifications

• Degree in business informatics, computer science, data science, or equivalent training
• Good knowledge of Python, APIs, system integration, and REST APIs, MCP, or similar concepts
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and interest in scalable AI architectures
• Ideally, experience developing AI, GenAI, or Agentic AI solutions and understanding of LLM applications

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of the AI platform and architecture
• Establish team standards for versioning, automated testing, deployment, and operations
• Use monitoring, evaluation, and quality gates to ensure system stability, quality, and traceability
• Develop GenAI and Agentic AI solutions and move them from prototype to stable production
• Connect systems and data sources through APIs, MCP, and other interfaces
• Implement requirements for identity management, access permissions, security, and AI governance with IT, security, and business teams
