Web DevOps - Engineer (m/w)

Job summary

The Web DevOps Engineer supports the operation and development of web projects across a heterogeneous infrastructure of internal and cloud-based servers. The role develops and implements deployment and continuous integration strategies in coordination with the team, and includes Linux server administration. Relevant technologies include Linux/Unix, build and CI/CD tools, Docker, Ruby, Elixir, AWS, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes, and Nagios.

Qualifications

• Very strong Linux/Unix knowledge
• Experience in web-focused software development
• Experience with build tools and continuous integration and delivery systems
• Experience with Docker containers, Ruby, Elixir, AWS, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes, or Nagios is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and implement deployment and continuous integration strategies
• Administer Linux servers
• Support the operation and development of web projects on internal and cloud-based servers
