Job summary

Support the team in connecting and developing software, infrastructure, and ML components of the research and development platform.

Qualifications

• Independent, solution-oriented work style
• Willingness to quickly learn new technologies
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/OpenTofu)
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, ideally OpenStack
• Knowledge in MLOps environment
• Experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures
• Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch)
• Interest in ML security and robustness
• Initial experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)

Responsibilities

• Contribute to IaC architecture with OpenTofu/Terraform
• Provision and maintain Kubernetes environments
• Deploy components using Helm, Kustomize, and K8s manifests
• Troubleshoot cluster issues with kubectl
• Build and maintain Docker images for services
• Manage images in internal container registry
• Operate and integrate MLOps components
• Assist in registering, deploying, and versioning ML models
• Connect and maintain streaming layer for inference logging
• Implement and configure interfaces between services
• Contribute to ML services in Python
• Create and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
• Automate recurring deployment and build steps
• Maintain architecture, deployment, and runbook documentation
