Job summary
The Windows Platform & Automation Engineer role is centered on automating and managing mission-critical IT environments, ensuring stability and security for clients. Key responsibilities include automating platform management through scripting, overseeing the entire Plan–Build–Run lifecycle, and enhancing CI/CD pipelines, utilizing technologies such as Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, PowerShell, and Azure.

Qualifications
- Ervaring met Windows Server (2019/2022/2025) en High Availability Clustering
- Microsoft SQL Server (2019/2022) en Active Directory Domain Services
- Scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
- Virtualisatie (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Azure (Public Cloud) en/of Azure Stack HCI / Hyper-V
- Ervaring met SCCM, Storage Spaces Direct, IDM/PAM, networking en basis Linux
- Git, CI/CD, security-principes en sterk analytisch vermogen
- Configuratie management tooling (Ansible, Puppet, of Chef)
Responsibilities
- Automatiseren van platformbeheer met scripting en configuration management
- Verantwoordelijkheid nemen over de volledige Plan–Build–Run lifecycle
- Ontwerpen, bouwen en beheren van Windows-gebaseerde platformen
- Oplossen van complexe issues over meerdere lagen
- Onderhouden en verbeteren van CI/CD pipelines
- Meedenken met klanten over architectuur, verbeteringen en innovatie
- Uitvoeren van projecten zoals platformmigraties, upgrades en nieuwe implementaties
