Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience administering and supporting Windows systems
- Experience supporting Linux systems or Linux-based application dependencies
- Experience with enterprise monitoring, reporting, or support tools
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination
Responsibilities
- Administer, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows-centric enterprise systems
- Support system administration activities across lower environments
- Maintain system configurations, perform patching and lifecycle updates
- Monitor system health and capacity
- Document procedures that support continuity of operations
- Collaborate with application teams, infrastructure engineers, and security stakeholders
