Job summary
Design, configure, and optimize Workday solutions that support enterprise HR, Finance, Payroll, and business operations. Develop and maintain integrations, business processes, security, and reporting using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Extend, Orchestration, and web services, while troubleshooting platform issues and supporting releases, governance, and data integrity.

Qualifications
- At least 5 years supporting enterprise HRIS platforms and hands-on Workday environments.
- At least 5 years developing and supporting Workday integrations, reports, calculated fields, and business processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience with Workday Extend and Workday Orchestrate is preferred.
- Knowledge of Workday security architecture and role-based access controls.
- Experience supporting Workday modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Talent, or Payroll.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and middleware platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, maintain, and enhance Workday business processes, security, integrations, and reporting.
- Gather requirements from HR, Finance, Payroll, and Technology stakeholders and deliver scalable solutions.
- Develop, test, deploy, and support integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Extend, Orchestration, and web services.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, identify root causes, and improve system performance and reliability.
- Support Workday releases, platform governance, security compliance, documentation, and continuous improvement.
