Saleh Ziad - DevOps Engineer My journey into DevOps began with a strong foundation in problem-solving, which I first developed during my studies in Civil Engineering. This background gave me a unique perspective on systems thinking and complex infrastructure management, which seamlessly transitioned into my passion for DevOps. In my role as a DevOps Engineer at PenguinIN, I've had the opportunity to work on cutting-edge infrastructure projects. From managing on-premises Kubernetes clusters to automating deployments with Jenkins and GitHub Actions, I've consistently aimed to optimize processes and ensure high availability and security. One of my most impactful projects involved transitioning manual deployment tasks to fully automated CI/CD pipelines using Kubernetes and ArgoCD, significantly improving deployment speed and consistency. I am particularly passionate about leveraging cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure to enhance performance and scalability while also incorporating serverless computing for efficient solutions. My expertise with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning, combined with GitOps practices, enables me to provide rapid, scalable, and consistent deployments across environments. What sets me apart is my ability to integrate development and operations seamlessly, ensuring that every feature or optimization integrates smoothly into production. Whether it's automating routine tasks with Python scripts, or setting up comprehensive monitoring solutions with Prometheus and Grafana, I aim to enhance system reliability and performance. In the ever-evolving field of DevOps, I continue to learn and adapt, always looking for ways to improve systems and reduce manual overhead, allowing teams to focus on what matters most – innovation.
