In my role as an Infra Managed Service Analyst at Accenture, I play a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction through effective infrastructure management. I've been deeply involved in developing, testing, and implementing new microservices, as well as handling firmware upgrades for devices and maintaining our pipeline frameworks. It's all about ensuring everything runs seamlessly and efficiently. A big part of my day-to-day is providing system support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and fixing bugs promptly. Collaboration is key here too—I work closely with my peers to develop automation tools and services that are essential for managing and maintaining various virtual environments. It's exciting to be part of innovation that directly impacts our service delivery. I also take charge of monitoring server loads, identifying unused systems, and ensuring our live services are running smoothly. This includes overseeing operations at Microsoft’s Datacenter and handling the onboarding process for new clients to SAP HANA Azure Datacenters, using automation to streamline the process. On top of all this, I provide critical support for a variety of hardware systems—from Cisco to UCS, HPE, ATOS, and DELL servers. It's challenging yet incredibly rewarding to be the go-to person for maintaining these systems and ensuring they perform optimally. Overall, my role as an Infra Managed Service Analyst at Accenture is about leveraging my technical skills and problem-solving abilities to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients, ensuring we meet and exceed their expectations every step of the way.
